At NothingProjector, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cinema experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the projector in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, remotes, manuals, and protective foam to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
